Good to see ur both doing so well again - u both deserve really good losses next week!

Strangely enough after saying I cdn't join u on this challenge - I've had salad everyday - I've got into the habit of drinking loads of water from previous challenges (never thought that wd happen!) and syns under control but I've been looking after my sick granddaughter during the week so that's limited body magic opportunities!!

Aww Linda :) hope your GD is feeling much better hun. Well done on sticking with the salads and don't worry about body magic hun, I only managed housework today, its been raining so cant go out for walk and my doc has told me to hit the pause button on the gym for my back. I guess if were moderately active around the house that counts :p xx
