Total calorie intake 1546 ( oops)

2 weetabix with semi milk and topped with banana

1 slice kingsmill bread
I can't believe it's not butter
2 poached eggs

Chicken chop suey
Spring roll

4 pts water
3 mugs tea

Chinese take away was a surprise, which took me 146 cals over but I am doing Zumba tomorrow so that should make it ok
 
You've not gone over by much hun and if you average it out over the week you will find it's ok.

How did you find drinking all that water? Keep it up tomorrow as you will need to get that salty Chinese out of your system ;)

Zumba will deffo help!
 
Fine actually, but I don't like to drink too late at night cos I end up getting up for loo all night and then feel shattered in the mornin lol.
I had one pint when I got up before breakfast, I took a bottle of water to work that I drink through the morning. I had 1 pint with my lunch and 1 pint with my tea.
I do take a glass of water to bed with me but more often than not I just have a couple of sips.
I must admit I don't struggle to drink water in fact I actually like water, it's just a matter of consciously remembering to drink it as I don't normally drink unless I feel thirsty! Which really is the point that you are actually dehydrated, which isn't good x

Think I'm doing OK thanks hun! Some days it seems a bit of a struggle to get up to 1200 cals (although I'm hungry in the afternoon I'm weary of how many cals I need for the evening!) and sometimes it's quite easy to reach 1400 (especially when I'm having a glass of wine!)

Had apple and a yoghurt and pint of water for breakfast.

Mashed potatoe, quorn fillets, broc, carrot, peas, green beans, yorkshire pudding and splash of gravy. Followed by 1 pt of water.

1/2 bag of mini eggs

Later on I may have a couple of rivita and laughing cow triangles.

Zumba tonight x

Was it as good as last week? Nowhere near here does that class. I'd like to give it ago.
 
I've not done boxercise but do bodycombat and I love it! Do you know if its similar? Hope your day is going well x
 
Don't know what body combat is really, that is what we are supposed to be doing, but the instructor is off sick.
We work in pairs, one has pads the other has gloves.
First exercise standing opposite ends of room, person with gloves on does lunges towards the other and punches pads 50 times then runs back to start, lunges back and boxes 40 times, repeat box 30 then 20 then 10.
Then we go back to start position, run to partner box pads in an upper cut motion 10 times run back upper cut 20 times repeat 30, 40 and 50 times.
Then swap over.
Then we do the same in sit up style, then we do some floor exercises for tummy and legs, then stretch and cool down.
I love it x

Lunch 3 riveta Philip light garlic and herb topped with beet root & slim a soup

Dinner 3 riveta 2 laughing cow triangles topped with beet root

Grapes
WW yoghurt
1/2 bag mini eggs
Milk for T

Got a thing for riveta today lol
 
I was about to go O.O 'how little do you eat' then spotted the mini eggs, :)
Good going though, I always find I end up eating more calories if eating ryvita because I don't like the taste much >.<;

Lunch pasta salad, made with pasta ham tomato red onion celery cucumber mixed with table spoon light mayo. Weight watchers yog and an apple.

Called to see my mum and dad had coffee and 2 ginger nut biscuits.

Dinner weight watcher lasagne. 100 g oven chips and large salad
4 pts water
Still have 200 cals left
