If we can keep on track even though we haven't had a loss that's a massive achievement, normally if I worked as hard as I have for 2 weeks and haven't seen the desired result I would of thought blow it, I would of eaten and eaten for days and days.
This is it now , it's not just about loosing weight it's about turning my couch potato smoking ways, into non smoking, fitter, trimmer healthy energetic me!
I'm 2/3 of the way there, I am 5 months smoke free, have been exercising regularly 4 times a week for 2 months and eating healthily for 4 wks.
I can't deny I am a little disappointed with only loosing 5 lb,but hubbie did say this morning that he can definitely see a difference in my face and my muffin top is shrinking so I was happy with that x
