Well, I put 2lbs on. I expected much more so I'll take that. I'm now 11st 3lbs, a really good week this week could just tip me into the 10's next Thursday, right in time for me and OH to go away.
It's a big ask but I'm going to set that as my goal and use it as a focus for this week.
Today's food has been good I think. No HEx's but as I don't eat much before WI and I find it hard on to fit it all in afterwards.
Have used minimal syns today, back to my tried and tested tactic - a few days of minimal syns to get me back to plan and to gain control again before introducing more syns. If I have more syns when I'm starting back to plan then I find it tempts me to binge. Almost like I need to get the sugar out of my system again. Hope that makes sense.
