Ah, it's Freya's first birthday today.

I always feel really nostalgic at birthdays. It just seems to go so quick.

This time last year, I was sat in the Labour Ward, weighing 17st 9lbs waiting to have my c-section.

Unbelievable that my little princess is now one xx

She is shattered bless her - we opened presents, went to Jump in Cardiff which is a massive play area where adults can fit on everything as well.
Had lunch, popped to visit my Gran and now she's zonked again.

Thank you everyone, Freya's had a lovely day and is completely worn out lol.

Lost 1.5lbs at WI. Was hoping for a bit more but still happy with the loss.
Day off plan today as we've had lunch out, cake etc... Straight back to plan tomorrow and food is already for work.
