1lb on for me this week which tales me to 12st 2lb.
I expected the gain after what I've eaten the past 2 weeks and it's a miracle that it wasn't more of a gain.

Going to give it 100% this week as I'd really like 2.5lb this week to get my 3 and a half stone and to get into the 11's

So today:
HExA = Nothing
HExB = 20 Almonds

BREAKFAST:
Banana and Mullerlight

LUNCH:
HExB and pineapple

DINNER:
SW roasties with gravy (6 syns) - mmmm... Comfort food!

SNACKS:
Mullerlight
Curly Wurly (6 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 12 SYNS

Still ahead of me hun when you update ya stats lol. 1lb is nothing as kel says. It will come off next week and probably a bit more. Good luck for the week ahead x
 
Thanks everyone. I think the last two weeks have been a bit of a blip but back in the SW mindset now.

I'm off work next week to care for my Dad but am hoping to find an odd hour to go to the gym. Thought it might be easier to get back into the swing of exercise whilst I have some tome off. Otherwise I keep putting it off as I'm busy/tired etc...

We can all do it! 100% week here we come! Xx
 
Really positive day today! Am trying to stick to plan this week, up my exercise and not weigh in the week so that my official WI is more of a 'surprise'. So far so good...

HExA = 30g Cheddar
HExB = Hi Fi Bar

BREAKFAST:
Nothing - in a rush sorting the kids etc...

LUNCH:
SW style quiche made with 3 eggs, HExA and red onions
Mullerlight

DINNER:
Cooked dinner with Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas and Gravy (5 syns)

SNACKS:
Latte with semi-skimmed milk (4 syns)
Toffee x3 (6 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 15 SYNS

Exercise - 30mins Curves workout

Urgh! Full up with a cold! Haven't eaten much as can barely breathe.

Baby also has a cold and my son has a cold and ear infection so they were both in out bed last night so hardly any sleep! Shattered!

On a plus note, despite the sleepless night, I still dragged myself to the gym at 8am this morning which is good as usually I use any excuse not to go!

Today's food:
HExA = Nothing
HExB = Nothing

BREAKFAST:
Banana and Mullerlight

LUNCH:
Boiled potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots and gravy (3 syns)

DINNER:
Gok Wan Noodles - with dried noodles, garlic, ginger, chilli, spring onions, lettuce all in a stock made with soy sauce, oyster sauce and beef stock. (1 syn). At least I think that's how it's made as OH made it!

SNACKS:
3 boiled eggs - odd I know but was starving after the gym!

TOTAL SYNS = 4 SYNS

EXERCISE = 30mins Curves workout
 
Well done for stayin on plan and getting to the gym. I always snack on boiled eggs lol the more protien the better when exercising :)
