Urgh! Full up with a cold! Haven't eaten much as can barely breathe.
Baby also has a cold and my son has a cold and ear infection so they were both in out bed last night so hardly any sleep! Shattered!
On a plus note, despite the sleepless night, I still dragged myself to the gym at 8am this morning which is good as usually I use any excuse not to go!

LUNCH:
Boiled potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots and gravy (3 syns)
DINNER:
Gok Wan Noodles - with dried noodles, garlic, ginger, chilli, spring onions, lettuce all in a stock made with soy sauce, oyster sauce and beef stock. (1 syn). At least I think that's how it's made as OH made it!
SNACKS:
3 boiled eggs - odd I know but was starving after the gym!
