I'm so chuffed today that the hard work has paid off. I went to see a friend for coffee who also does sw and she lost 4.5lb this morning. Anyway we had a coffee and she had lots of cakes in her house due to a family death at the weekend and we both managed to restrain ourselves. We thought about having one to celebrate our losses but when we couldnt work out a syn value we decided it wasnt worth the risk
proud moment.
Anyway, onto today's food:
Breakfast:
Coffee and melon
Lunch:
Pasta bolognaise bake
Dinner:
immm im undecided at the minute as i havent had a HEB today and I have magic pancake mixed up in the fridge. I feel like pancakes and honey with banana and then maybe have an omelette or snack later.
