SE may be good aswell, although I struggle to eat 1/3 superfree let alone 2/3 lol.

Willing to try anything though, we go on hols 6weeks today and I want to look and more importantly, feel, comfortable x

Okay! I cannot do Red days. Cannot get my head around what I can and can't eat and I'm having serious carb withdrawals.

Decided to just do EE and when having potatoes, have the same amount as a HExB on Red. Spuds are my downfall.

When I was thinking about it today, it seemed harder and harder - I LOVE Batchelors Pasta n Sauce and as I don't eat any meat apart from Chicken (and even that isn't very often), think I would find Red too restrictive.

Twas short lived!

EE suits me, just need to trim down those portion sizes! X
 
I'm not sure about red days either... I very rarely eat meat and I'd be scared of being hungry all the time... Best to stick to what we know and love :)

I dont think I could get my head around Red n Green either lol I like a good mix of grub on my plate hence EE.

7lbs in 5 weeks is doable hun aim for small goals you will get there x
 
I was mainly eating chicken in a sauce with some veg or salad. It wasn't too bad, but I was not measuring my carbs. The first week I lost 4.5, gained 2, lost 5, gained half and then lost 2.5. Then gave up! As I said the losses were the best I have ever had, but just too restrictive for me. I got a little carried away with the extra A and B and was having too many of those as week, but was loving being able to have a proper ham and cheese toastie!
Gone back to EE this week. Hopefully the carb onslaught doesn't affect my losses this week!
