Ok, going to be brave and post some before and afters - hope it works as never attached photos before!

First pic is of me at about 13st 7lbs - and I started SW at 15st 7lbs

Now this is me this morning - don't worry, didn't go out wearing all black! Vest was under my top but thought the difference was more noticeable in just leggings and a vest

Argh! Don't think I'll be able to make WI now! Mam's birthday and Dad has asked us all to go up for 5 and WI is at 5:30. Never mind, my scales showing at 2,5lbs gain anyway x

You look fabulous hunni - so well done. The difference is fantastic ( and theres nothing wrong with all black lol) I wear it all the time. Yay to the scales in the boot, this is our new week. Good luck chick we can do it xx
 
Thanks hun. Am looking forward to it and I think treating Thursday as my SW start of the week as opposed to end will also help x
 
Manic day - kids have more activities than i can count, physio and had my contact lenses today (hopefully I can get on with them!)

Today's food:
HExA = 170ml Whole Milk
HExB = 2 Wholemeal Bread

BREAKFAST:
Toast and Honey (2 syns)

LUNCH:
Nothing - manic day

DINNER:
Batchelors Cheese and Broccoli Pasta Sauce made with HExA and with Mushrooms and Garlic

SNACKS:
Cockles
Apple
Popcorn 30g Sweet (6 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 8 syns

Thanks hun. I can see the difference in pictures but feel far from a skinny minnie lol.

To be honest I haven't had time to eat today and then when I put the kids to bed I wanted to stick to plan. My scales show I'd gained this week but didn't go to group to confirm it. Think seeing the gain and the photos made me want to stick to plan today. X

Wore my contact lenses properly today (had them yesterday) - felt so much more like me :)
I used to only wear my glasses for driving/looking at the computer etc... Then when I started gaining weight and with laziness I guess I started leaving them on constantly until my eyes got so dependant I couldn't go without them. I always felt more confident when I wasn't wearing glasses but the fatter I got, the less confidence I had anyway and so all thoughts of vanity and looking good went out the window. Now I've lost some weight, I want to feel confident and attractive again - contact lenses are definitely going to help with that, felt fab today :)

Food:
HExA = 75g Reduced Fat Garlic & Herb Soft Cheese
HExB = 2x Wholemeal Bread

BREAKFAST:
Toast with honey (3 syns) and banana

LUNCH:
Garlic Mushroom Pasta - Pasta, Mushrooms, Garlic, Onions and HExA
Watermelon

DINNER:
Spicy Chicken and Stir Fry (Mixed Cabbage, Beansprouts, Carrot, Onion, Mushrooms, Mixed Peppers)

SNACKS:
Apple
Popcorn (6 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 9 SYNS

Feels weird not weighing lol but im determined I WILL NOT give in lol. My back is going crackers i think im gonna ring docs on monday and see if they can give me some strong painkillers.
 
Oh hun. Back pain is the worst I really feel for you. You've had it for so long. Won't be long til the appointment with the specialist to discuss pain management.

I was a bit panicky about not WI this morning til OH said - whats the worst that's going to happen by not weighing. Far point I thought and tbh I've enjoyed the 'freedom' x
 
OH doesnt say anything lol he usually just hears the button click as I set them to zero ready to stand on. I just hope it makes a difference for us both, no pressure ( my C told me weeks ago I put too much pressure on myself). A girl at my class has stopped using hers, her OH has put them up in the loft, shes lost 3lb this week and 1.5 last week she is over the moon
 
Manic day - hit the shops for clothes for the kids for summer while OH was decorating.

Washing machine packed up before I left so had to call the repair guy out, bang goes another £90!

My lil boy fell asleep in the car so I had to wake him to go shopping, and then he fell asleep in the trolley! Not like him as he's a boisterous, inquisitive 3 year old. Got home and as soon as we walked in he was sick everywhere, all over the cream carpet - stupid colour when you have a baby and a toddler but new house and it came as standard. Cue me scrubbing the floor whilst trying to make sure the rest of the sick landed in the bucket.

Oh and to top it all off, my baby girl if teething - third tooth - so is very grumpy and full of the cold, as am I.

Argh!!! Lol.

On the plus side, the cashier in the shop told me she was doing SW and we got talking for ages, much to the annoyance of others queuing! She told about the 777 challenge so may give that a go next week when the cold has gone and I'm feeling more up to food and thinking!

Well done for staying on plan after a busy day, hope your boy feels better soon. Where decorating soon & gonna need a cream carpet to match colours but dreading it with two kids & a dog.

You do well not managing on much food I'd be starving xx
