Don't do it Hun ive done it most if the week, felt a thousand times worse and will pay on the scales 2mo
 
Have just about resisted so far. Am over syns but not by too much. Lil monkeys are keeling me busy so far as they're both still poorly. Dreading when they go to bed though as I know I'm going to want to eat.
Wish there was a magic pill to take away cravings and years of bad food habits x

Toast (HExA) with honey (3 syns) and Banana

LUNCH:
Salad - New potatoes, Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Spring Onions, Radish, Beetroot and Egg

DINNER:
Nothing

SNACKS:
Watermelon
Mullerlight
Crisps (19.5 syns)
Magnum (12 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 34.5 syns

Have you worked out how many you have had over the week hun? you may have gone over today but average that out and I bet your still within syns. Dont let 1 day ruin the hard work.

I hate having cold its pants - your right about the magic pill though it would be great, unfortunately it wont happen in our lifetime lol.

Stick with it hun, you still have 4 days until WI - tomorrow is another day. Get an early night and some rest.
 
Thanks hun. Just worked the syns out and I've used most if the rest of my weekly syns - have 3 left.

Ah well, lots of SS and damage limitation I think. Why oh why do I do it?!
 
We do it out of years of habit. Its a vicious circle, and we torture ourselves. If you have calculated right all you can do is eat lots of SS and SF foods. Drink lots of water. Just keep off those scales until Thursday lol otherwise it will spoil your good run of no pressure. After Thursday you can go back to serial weighing I'll let ya lol.
 
Lol. After what I'ce eaten I'm glad I'm not weighing in the morning lol.

Stupid thing is I knew I was going to do it. Could kick myself. Why the hell do I comfort myself with food when I know that in the long run I'll feel worse x
 
its psychological that it will make you feel better at the time - we know it doesn't but it doesn't stop us doing it. I hate feeling like that, its a while since I had a stupid binge but when I feel like theres one brewing I try and take my mind off it by having a bath or something. Ironing , putting washing away, cleaning etc

Disgusting thing is I clean up lil ones sick in the carpet again, then put him to bed and ate everything in sight. You would've thought the sick would've put me off! Lol.

Ah, I dunno, was doing so well this week aswell x
 
Well the week isnt over so dont give up. Put it to one side and be good the rest of the week, you know you can do it hun.

Just said to OH, I could do with a bit of Aaron's bug to lose a bit of weight! He reckons I'm losing the plot lol.
