Okay, back to writing my food down.
We're cooking BBQ so have only got healthy SW foods in to make sure I stay on plan. Have also pre-planned my drinks and know I'll stick to them as I never have more than two when I have the babies.
So, today's food:
SATURDAY 1st JUNE:
HExA = 350ml Milk - used for tea/coffee
HExB = 2 Wholemeal Bread
BREAKFAST:
Toast (HExB) with Honey (2 syns)

LUNCH:
Jacket Potato with leftover SW curry (Quorn Meatballs, Tin Tomatoes, Peppers, Onion, Sweetcorn, and various spices)
Mullerlight
DINNER:
BBQ - Chicken Skewers (Chicken Breast, Mushroom, Mixed Peppers and Onion), Jacket Potato and Salad (Mixed Leaves, Spring Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Lettuce, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Radish, Celery)
SNACKS:
2x Tangerine
