Yesterday's purchases - one dress is a medium, the other a 10 and the redy colour one is an 8! Only because it's flared and roomy but still chuffed.

Okay, back to writing my food down.


We're cooking BBQ so have only got healthy SW foods in to make sure I stay on plan. Have also pre-planned my drinks and know I'll stick to them as I never have more than two when I have the babies.

So, today's food:

SATURDAY 1st JUNE:
HExA = 350ml Milk - used for tea/coffee
HExB = 2 Wholemeal Bread

BREAKFAST:
Toast (HExB) with Honey (2 syns)
Strawberries

LUNCH:
Jacket Potato with leftover SW curry (Quorn Meatballs, Tin Tomatoes, Peppers, Onion, Sweetcorn, and various spices)
Mullerlight

DINNER:
BBQ - Chicken Skewers (Chicken Breast, Mushroom, Mixed Peppers and Onion), Jacket Potato and Salad (Mixed Leaves, Spring Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Lettuce, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Radish, Celery)

SNACKS:
2x Tangerine

SYNS:
2x Vodka and Diet Coke 25ml (5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 7 SYNS
 
Generous sizing or not hun id kill to be in a size 10 ( I know ill never be an 8) lol. You will look stunning in them. Good on ya with the pre planning on the BBQ enjoy it chick x

Was so proud of myself last night. Had the BBQ and I stuck to eating/drinking exactly what I had planned.

Then I had a sneaky WI this morning and am up a lb! Hope it's just water retention from the few alcoholic drinks. I feel slimmer if that makes sense x

Think I'm going to try to give up the weighing again for the rest of this week hun not just makes me doubt myself despite knowing I've been on plan.

Its Sunday lol Im a taxi today. Just made a scan bran cake with cinnamon and chocolate ive yet to taste it. Nothing much planned though its a lazy day.

The scales are evil we both know that, Thursday will be fine you have stuck to plan so no reason for a gain chick

Cake sounds yummy! I haven't had SB cake for ages! Probably cos I can't just have one slice I'll end up eating the whole thing.

I'm just prepping my packed lunch for tomorrow. I rarely take lunch to work but that just leads to me being starving when I get home and making bad food choices. So, packed lunch tomorrow so I won't feel the need to stuff as soon as I get in!

Have also been through the Asia book and put sticky notes on all the recipes I like, pointed them out to OH and have left book by the oven so hoping he gets the hint and makes me some nice tasty meals to come home to x
 
What you got for your lunch?

Im doing lamb chops for tea yummy, then tonight im gonna plan meals for the week. We are out on Friday with Daughter and Son in Law for a chinese, so I need to look at whats best to have syn wise.
 
I had a Salad - Jersey Potatoes, 2 Boiled Eggs, Mixed Leaves, Spring Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Lettuce, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Radish, Celery, Beetroot.

Lots of superfree to make up for Dinner which is Butterfly Chicken marinaded in Nando's Peri Peri Marinade (0.5 syn) with SW Round Chips with a little Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and a Tomato Salsa thingy. Bit lacking in Superfree so hope lunch makes up for it.

Good idea to plan ahead, damage limitation. Think there was a feature in one of the recent SW mags about healthier options in the Chinese x

Just tried to make a small SW Quiche for lunch tomorrow and it exploded in the oven! Argh lol x
 
Great food day today, am really enjoying being back on plan and feeling in control.

DINNER:
