Finally tried a recipe out of the Taste of Asia book. Haven't actually eaten it yet but it's simmering away as we speak.

Can anyone recommend any other SW books?

BREAKFAST:
Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries

LUNCH:
Tuna and Onion Sandwich (leftovers from yesterday) made with HExB and mayo (0.5 syn)
Tangerine
Pear

DINNER:
Burmese Chicken and Coconut Kaukswe Curry (1 syn) from the Taste of Asia book with wild and brown rice

SNACKS:
Small Blueberry Cupcake (est. at 5 syns)
Apple
Freddo (5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 11.5 SYN

Was a funny colour but nicely spicy. Maybe a little extra coconut milk next time if I have syns left

I still have 5 syns left, but ive not had my rice pudding yet even though ive factored it into my food today. So I figure once ive had that i wont need the 5 whoop
 
I'm good hun, enjoying being back on plan and having some control over what I'm eating again.

First personal training session is Thursday so hope it goes okay. Will probably only do the personal training for a few weeks to get me back into the swing of it. Gets too expensive otherwise

I've had the dress for ages but have never fitted into it. It's from Mela Loves London which is a concession that they sell in New Look.
Am sick of wearing black trousers and a t-shirt to work, I spend half my life there so I want to try to look nice.
Still a bit to go on the weight loss road yet but getting there.

I'm good Hun back on plan with you and feeling much better for it. Business is good, sales have slowed down a bit this month but in a few weeks I'm doing a stall at a summer fair so hoping that goes well. Xx
 
It's only been a short amount of time hun. I suppose it'll take a little while for business to settle into a steadyish rhythm.

Shattered today! Work, finished early to take Dad to a medical, home and tidy up, get tonights evening meal ready and all our things together for tomorrow - Thursday is our busy day so try to prep the night before.

Trying Diet Coke chicken tonight, never made the recipe before but thought I'd give it a go. Simmering now...

Chicken looks nice. Looking forward to it when the kids go to bed. Only thing is the Asparagus had gone funny so having green beans instead now x
