This time I will do it!!...

Went out for a spontaneous Sunday lunch today for Fathers Day. Nothing on the Menu was really SW friendly so have gone over syns but proud that I didn't let that lead to a 'binge' day and have carried on on-plan. Normally I'd use it as an excuse to continue eating.

Hopefully will still get a loss on WI day...

Today's food:
HExA = 170ml Whole Milk - used for a Hazel Latte with my lunch
HExB = Nothing

BREAKFAST:
Banana, Raspberries and Blueberries topped with Mullerlight

LUNCH:
Meal out - Mediterranean Quiche (thin pastry bottom, no pastry on sides), approx 5 chips, small amount of Coleslaw.
Choc Brownie and Cream for dessert

DINNER:
Batchelors Low Fat Chicken Supernoodles

TOTAL SYNS = No idea. Hoping it won't be too bad!

Lol! Got a Personal Trainer this time around. Makes it easier to go if I have an 'appointment' to go if that makes sense. I always end up giving up on my own.

He's on holiday's this week though so need to force myself to go this week lol.

Mind you, OH said he'd come with me and hasn't been so far! Lol x

Just think how good you will feel when you have motivated yourself! Understand your problems setting a target too I just can't decide :(

Fab day Hun, don't worry about the meal it's not even a bad day it's just a treat meal. Well done for been on plan all day you'll still get a great loss on Thursday xx

Thanks all.

Gilly - knowing when to stop is soooo hard. I just keep worrying what my focus will be when I get to target and how to maintain x

Hi its good that you have planned your diet time table and your determination to loose weight can be seen and hence i wish you all the best .

Thank you for your kind words!

At times losing weight is one of the hardest things I have done, but I will get there in time.

I can't see your stats on my phone - are you on SW? X

Awful day today :-(

Tummy is agony! Booked a private appointment for the same consultant I usually see on the NHS for Thursday.
Annoys me that if I wait, it'll take 6 months to get the appointment and if I pay £125 I get it in 4days!

Food has been bad today. I've been taking Tramadol for the pain and it makes me feel sick so I've eaten carbs to curb that which has made me feel worse and so the circle continues...

Not much chance of a loss on Thursday but tbh I don't care today. Just want the pain to stop. X

Awwww :( really hope you get it all sorted soon, dont worry about a loss/slimming world etc til you are 100%

Awwww hunnie sorry to hear your in pain, I hope you get some answers on Thurs. It is shocking what we have to pay, I remember when I took daughter about her bladder it cost me over a grand in appts and treatments its just not right x

It's ridiculous hun!

I've had countless operations over the last 7years but it only ever helps for a short period. Seriously considering a hysterectomy now to see if that helps. Thing is it's not guaranteed to help and it's a big op not for it to be a certainty x

I know your in a lot of pain hun but that seems a bit drastic when its not guaranteed 100% to help, there must be something else they can do for you. It must be horrific - I feel for you x
