Thinking of altering it to 10.7 which would give me 13.5lbs left to go.
Probably more realistic with the increase in exercise as well x
 
True. Initially I thought 10stone was okay but it's been hard to keep at it lately and 10stone was hard to maintain when it was just me and I had all my time to myself. With a family I can imagine it'll be 10x worse.

I'm going to amend to 10st 7lbs and maintain the exercise which will also hopefully make a difference in toning me up etc...
It'll mean I would've lost 7st 2lbs since having Freya in total, 5st of which I would've lost with SW - much more than I ever thought possible.

So...13.5lbs left :) xx
 
You have done amazingly well hun its a colossal amount and you should be proud of yourself. 13.5lbs will be off in no time whoop x

Didn't weigh today. Weighed more after the gym so didn't WI as I couldn't face a gain.

Today's food:
HExA = 170ml Whole Milk
HExB = Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell

BREAKFAST:
Raspberries and Banana topped with Mullerlight

LUNCH:
Batchelors High Veg Garlic and Mushroom Pasta n Sauce made with HExA and added Garlic and Mushrooms.

DINNER:
2 Quorn Hot Dogs (2 syns) and Onion in a Pitta (4 syns) with Brown Sauce (1 syn)

SNACKS:
Mullerlight

TOTAL SYNS =5 SYNS

EXERCISE:
25mins run

Lol so am I. I now why they say 'bath of sweat' now lol.

She's still teething hun, got a lovely nappy rash and runny nose to boot. She normally gets a bit run down when teething but she is sleeping more. Bless her.

My toe is a mess hun its like someone has ripped me with a stanley knife - ill put a pic on my diary :-( be warned its not pretty lol

Had my parents over for dinner and drinks tonight. Pleased with myself - they all had a curry whilst I stuck to my chicken, rice and veg
Also only had two drinks. :)

So, today's food:
HExA =

BREAKFAST:
Banana, Raspberries and Strawberries topped with Mullerlight

LUNCH:
Batchelors Chicken and Herb Low Fat Supernoodles - bland but was in a rush.

DINNER:
Cajun Spiced Chicken Breast with Rice, Mushrooms, Sweetcorn, Broccoli and Red Pepper

SNACKS:
Jersey Potatoes - leftover from OH in the fridge. Can't resist them
2x Vermouth & Diet Lemonade (3 syns)
Crisps (8.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 11.5 SYNS

No exercise today - rest day
