Hi ive got quite a bit to loose, i'm aiming for 4 stone initially, so far ive omly lost 10lb since january.
The frustrating thing is that ive done it before a few years ago and lost 4.5 stone and felt great. I stopped going to group as convinced myself i could go it alone and ended up putting it all back on .
I really need to get my head back in it as i hate being big xx
