Hi ive got quite a bit to loose, i'm aiming for 4 stone initially, so far ive omly lost 10lb since january.
The frustrating thing is that ive done it before a few years ago and lost 4.5 stone and felt great. I stopped going to group as convinced myself i could go it alone and ended up putting it all back on :(.
I really need to get my head back in it as i hate being big xx

My worry is the maintaining as well. I'm a binge eater and worry how I'll feel when I'm at target.

If you done it before you know you CAN and WILL do it again.
I think we all have wobbles and gains along the way but as long as we get back on track, we'll get there eventually x
 
Im feeling positive and have decided to set myself a mini goal. My birthday is at the end of july and i am aiming to loose a stone by then, it is definatley acheivable. Xx
 
You'd have to be! Hate it when some people don't supervise their children though and then moan when I ask them to play nicely cos their kicking lumps out of Aaron. Argh! Lol.

HExA = 170ml Whole Milk
HExB = Alpen Light

BREAKFAST:
Strawberries

LUNCH:
Soup - Potato, Paranip, Swede, Carrot and Onion. 'Juice' was made using 2 Stockpots so all free :)
Mullerlight Dark Cherry (1.5 syns)

DINNER:
Chicken, Mushrooms, Green Beans and Sautéed Potatoes

SNACKS:
Some of sons McDonalds fries - guessing at 8 syns
Milkshake - made with HExA and Mullerlight with a few chopped Raspberries through it.

TOTAL SYNS = 9.5 SYNS
