This time I will do it!!...

Good luck with the application. Good luck sorting out the school as well. Looks like a week of challenges xxx

Lol. Thanks hun, have been to the school today, they said Aaron was too 'strong-willed' and won't do anything he doesn't want to do.

I told them that being strong-willed is part of his character and that in the future, it will drive him to succeed at all he puts his mind to.

That I appreciate that it may be difficult at times when Aaron is being 'strong-willed' with a class full of other children however if there was an issue, however big or small, I should've been advised at the outset, not twelve weeks into term.

Apparently they like to deal with things inside of school and not tell parents unless necessary.
As I pointed out, obviously this doesn't work as we are facing the issues now.

Aaron's new teacher said that they want him to still go part-time initially, maybe for a week or so to settle him in.
I reiterated I wasn't happy and was told that my happiness was not important and she would make the decisions!

Told them that I am prepared to try for a week or so but that if Aaron is not happy then it will be reviewed and as his Mother I will decide the best course of action.

So...we shall see.

As for the job, I have the job description in front of me now making notes as to what I need to include in my 'Expression of Interest' before I type it up and email it off x

Ooh that would be great thank you. If you have time? Know your busy at the moment.

To be honest I don't know where to start. I've jotted down the points I want to raise but it's quite informal at work with us.

The advert just says to demonstrate that you can do the four points listed.
Shall I use the points as a heading and then state why in paragraphs underneath or...?

Not sure lol x

Despite having had the depo injection a few weeks ago, it seems * week has still arrived!

Typical, I was looking forward to them disappearing!

So having massive chocolate cravings today, not sure if it's psychological as that's what I usually fancy when * week arrives or what but fighting the urge is almost painful! Lol.

Saying that, food has been very sparse again today, temp in my car said 31 degrees! It's simply been too hot to eat anything much during the day and so I'm saving my dinner for about half 6ish tonight and will tuck into my salad then :)

WI tomorrow and as long as I manage to resist my cravings tonight then hopefully I'll have a good loss, I've been on plan all week and have even exercised in this heat!
Even cleaned the house top to bottom today when it's supposed to be my day off gym/housework. Was too hot to stick in the sun so out come the rubber gloves!I was drenched in sweat the time I had finished! Sorry TMI. Lol.

Anyway, enough warbling. Today's food:

Poor you. I am on tablets to stop my period, but Mother Nature still makes a random appearance. Good luck I. Resisting the cravings, they can be murder.
I STS last night so was quite disappointed, but have looked over the food diary (on paper) and have been skiing meals as its been too hot to heat. Something that I will chage this week to see if that affects my losses.
fingers crossed you have a good loss tomorrow xxx

It often happens hun, I have Endometriosis and am used to being irregular but the injection was supposed to help.

Our bodies often hold onto weight if we don't eat enough.
Keep at it hun, I'm sure you'll see a loss next week x

I have adenomyosis, the womb lining is attached to muscle. Before my tablets, I would have a period which would last 8 days, 2 days off then start again. This just got heavier and heavier and heavier with spasms and contractions - was a living hell for 8 months, so I really dread any sign of period as I am fearful that is wont stop!
Plan to eat more free foods and include some carbs as my C thinks I'm not eating enough fuel. Lets see what happens at next weeks WI.

Good Luck for WI hun I hope the scales are kind to you. Boo on the * week, you can resist the choccy just think how much better you will feel on the scales tomorrow and how glad you will feel because you resisted and want the weight loss more than the choccy x

Ditto! I used to be on more than I was off.

It is awful and really does impact on your life.

You can do it! X
