Wasn't going to post today as over syns but hoping it'll shame me into being good.
Have gone over syns but tried to keel the rest of my food SW friendly.
Also took the kids for a walk up my parents and ended up carrying Aaron up and back as it was too hot for him. Then came back and cleaned the house top to bottom.
Worked up quite a sweat so hoping that combined with my gym workouts throughout the week and reducing syns to 5 per day will hopefully still get me a loss.
