:booboo:Right - today has been a bit of a mix up - I had my HexB for brekkie - then realised that I was supposed to be saving it for tea!!!! But only actually realised after tea!!
Brekkie - Bacon medalions, lots of garlic mushrooms both done on the "george" on wm rolls (HexB and 3.5 syns) with one tbsp tommy K (1 syn)
Lunch - Leftover Aubergine and Pork Macaroni Pie
Snack - 1 Alpen Choc Fudge (3 Syns)
Tea - SW KFC (OMG delish!!) with beans, sw chips and hm coleslaw with mayo (1 syn) and fromage frais - Grapes for pudding!!
Drinks - BAaaaaad Drink day! Diet pepsi only!!!
Lesson for tomorrow - Pay attention to food plan!!!! Not so much bread and stodge!! Actually missed my fruit and veg today!!

It's great that you've lost half a stone in feb alone - well done! I've only lost a little bit more than that since before Christmas. Woe!
I've been off track for a while and had a four pound gain, now desperatly trying to pull it back around (link to diary is in my sig)

Today was quite a positive day - half term with the kids, and my first day off work with them - thought it would be quite a challenge but it wasnt so bad!
Brekkie - A banana and some grapes
Snack - 1 segment terrys choc orange 2.5 syns
Lunch - Baked beans, 2x dry brown toast HexB - pleased with this as was in cafe with kids
Snack - small portion of beef and nuttybuttsquash chilli - all free (late tea tonight)
Tea - sw wedges, rump steak, loads (and i mean loads) of mushrooms and onions cooked on the george (mmmmmm) and schwartz creamy pepper sauce 2.5 syns
Drinks - Diet coke & NAS Squash
Syns - 12.5 (this may change - terry is still in my fridge ) - it did change! Couldnt resist! I am naughty!!

These children of mine are obsessed with my food! They are constantly picking bits of my plate or out of my bowl!! Monsters!
Well today went like this......
Brekkie - 2 "fried" eggs, ham & spagetti (was supposed to be beans but I ran out!)
Snack - Bowl of beans in weatherspoons when I met my friend for a cuppa/brekkie date
Lunch - Small portion Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup with soy sauce - 3.5 syns - 1 round wholemeal bread as chicken sandwich, side salad and homemade coleslaw 3 syns estimated
Tea - Well this was a nightmare! I made a Chicken In Red Wine in the slow cooker this morning, with 4 huge chicken breasts and tons of veg, thinking it would do for leftovers tomorrow - served it up with boiled rice - kids and hubby loved it - I HATED it! It was rank!! I ate abotu 2 pieces of chicken that was it!
Supper - Was naturally starving, so made mushy pea curry, with lots of mushrooms, 3 syn free sausages and boiled rice and box microchips (3.5 syns) - its like a chippy tea, I am in my element and its lovely!
Drinks - Diet coke and NAS squash with water

Syns this week - 22.5/105
Oh today was a crazy old day and I really thought I held it together good, was looking after my friends son, and decided to take the kids out, so I prepared a packed lunch in advance for me as I didnt know what we would end up doing and I wanted to be in control! which i did until later :cry:
Brekkie - Scrambled Eggs
Lunch - Ham sandwich with 3x WW danish as HexB, banana, plum, grapes & quavers 5.5 syns
Snack - grapes
Tea - we were out later than planned, so took kids to McDonalds and I just didnt have as much willpower as I thought - Had a chicken nugget happymeal - 14.5 syns - forgot I had had the quavers, so thought i was ok :cry:
As we hadnt actually eaten much, and it was 4.30 when we did, hubby and I cooked syn free cumberland sausage, sw chips and mushy pea curry which thankfully is all free but I am so annoyed - I did enjoy it, and it would have been easy enough to have got a big mac and large fries for 41 syns, so I wasnt that bad, just annoyed with myself!!!!!!!
I have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to rectify the damage - SS soup here I come

Hey - Don't think like that, a chicken nugget happy meal was probably the BEST choice you could have made, well, you know what I mean - best of a bad bunch!!
You are so good with planning your days - hopefully I am going to be exactly like that this week
