Hello my fellow threadstoppers. Karion reporting in here. A little late in the day:eek: but just coming on for my daily fix :D

Happy to have anyone's kids around here if you want :D

I seem to collect children here:confused: 2 more gone to bed upstairs again tonight and darn if I can remember their names:eek:

We have a calm house. Always has been. Even when we disagree nobody shouts or screams. No idea why. :confused:

It's possibly because they've been brought up with me spending lots of time in another room teaching and they've had to be reasonably quiet. Now DH works nights...they have to be quite quiet in the morning too. Poor kids. Probably grow up emotionally disturbed.

I would go on my knees and plead santuary (mind you, that didn't help Cardinal Wolsey so perhaps not all its cracked up to be)

but major impressed with the civility :)

They were never noisy kids. Active, but quite. Other kids seem to follow suit.

LOL mindless. I am deaf anyway, so you're probably right :D :D

My neighbours and visitors tell me they are really quiet though ;)
 
Mind you, they both screamed rather a lot until they were 2!! Day and night. Neither slept through the night for yonks. Eldest still doesn't and he's 19!
 
well... what a lot I've been missing whilst having me housey gig.. it's 3.48am and I just caught up with this.. karion - your house sounds like a sanctuary!!! quiet kids??? My girls have always made a fair amount of noise.. but I've noticed that since Sarah moved to Uni it is a lot quieter, yet I would have apportioned the blame to her sis! lol funny that....

am off to bed in a mo... just wanted to catch up in here before (finally) getting to sleep!!
 
My kids are quiet at the moment. They stayed up late watching 'Bugsy Malone' (the one with Scott Baio and Jodie Foster :cool: ) so are still sleeping!! :p Nina sat next to me making me watch 'Wonder Pets' :mad: but she's quiet, snuggled close with her head resting on my shoulder. DH is still sleeping - yeah, this is my kinda Saturday morning! :D
 
I might have to go and have a bath - they're about to sit down to bacon sarnies and DH asked me if I want some :eek: :eek: I said no, and I know he just didn't think but OMG!
 
DONT THAT JUST WIND YOU UP WHEN THEY DO THAT.....MEN, HAS ANYONE STARTED AN OH DUMP YET. WE COULD LET THEM OUT OCCASIONALLY FOR GOOD BEHAVIOUR ??????????????
 
Sonkie my OH is in my good books at the moment!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh!!!

He made me tea and toast in bed this morning, he's listened to my CD all day and now he's sorting my car out. Will go and run us that nice relaxing bath i was talking about ........ and then thank him properly!!!
