Hello everyone

No snow here either, just dull & cold today, with the sun peaking out occasionally, will have to wrap up warm shortly to take the dog out. I'm just waiting for my CD delivery, he's usually here by now & I can't out until he comes, so hope he's not too long.

Got my DD home with me today, she's not ill as such but complained last night her ankle was really hurting her and she couldn't put any weight on it at all. She didn't do anything to hurt it but when she was sat down she felt like it needed to "crack" and when she bent her foot, she was in agony and it's been hurting her ever since. It's a bit swollen and still sore this morning, although not as bad as last night, but I couldn't send her to school as she still can't really walk on it. I'm not really sure what to do with her, but if it doesn't get any better soon, we'll have to go up to the Dr's.

But gone and developed a migraine this afternoon. It's because my morning routine was disrupted and I didn't get enough to drink this morning, in fact I have a feeling I didn't have a drink at all (so that certainly explains it!)

Feel really bad have to fetch the boys now will need to decide what do. Re fetching ds2 from his friends.

Bother! Bother!!

Yes I did just that. Around 4 litres of water and only a couple of wee wees so must have been dehydrated. Also had a little low GI snack and pills. Feeling washed out but much better will be OK with the driving I think.

Wow 4 litres and only been loo twice you must of been dehydrated...!

Karen should be around tonight.....hopefully!

I do feel better now thanks and have collected DS2 from his friends. Was quite easy to find, phew!

Now got to get them into their beds.

Good morning - just thought I'd better retrieve this thread & wake it up for the day.

Cold here again this morning, but the sun's trying to come out, so nice walking weather.

DD back in school today, but she's still hobbling around although it's much better than it was. Don't know what on earth she did to it, but the swelling's gone down & she can put her weight on it again. I drove her to school this morning, she normally walks as it's only 10 minutes away and to drive you have to go all around the main roads, it took nearly half an hour to get there and back with sitting in the traffic. Made me so glad I don't have to face that every morning!

Cold, frosty and sunny here too Mrs D. Just about to take my eldest daughter back to Chester - where she's at uni ... she comes over for a good feed every now and then - oh and I did buy her a new duvet cover set yesterday!! Love having her - nice to take her home too though!!!

Then busy day with clients today .... 10!!!!

Oh I'm looking forward to having some more clients, I've only just got 10 in total, with two more lined up today and tomorrow, so at the moment I'm only seeing about 1 person a day, as some are now fortnightly. It will be nice to be a bit busier, but at least I've got plenty of time on't internet at the moment :)
 
Snow here again this morning. Crisp I think you'd call it.

Want to get to the gym this morning so need to get on. Housework still building up as my migraine yesterday mean't I couldn't catch up. Will try to make the most of the next couple of days of quiet before the house is full again at the weekend.

Hope you're daughters foot improves through the day Dotty.

Ah Girly shopping trips Flirty, I can only dream of those, having three boys myself.

omg I must start studying, even though the course does not officially start until feb 2nd. Everyone else I have spoken to has made a start......but what about minimins, Im gonna miss coming on here as much......boo hoo...sniff.

I cant leave yet, think I will start at the weekend.....so if Sonkie goes quiet she will have her nose in a load of books.

I know what you mean Sonkie, I really should be getting on with the rest of my CDC modules that I have to complete - oops:eek:

Actually the sniffing has stopped now I dont feel the need to put my nose in whatever is being eaten. Think as Iv not eaten for a while my nose can smell it a mile off now.
 
Well Id rather listen to waffle than read it, I have a few thousand pages of waffle to read and absorb......any volunteers to do my course..."working with children in the early years".
They really must update the material....lol
