Thanks Dizzy for your kind words. I have tried so hard to keep my marriage going but he does not seem bothered because he is one of these people who is never wrong. He does not know how to say sorry.

Sonkie I know what you mean. My H always blames me and says everything is my fault. Apparently I have knocked all the confidence out of him in last 6 months. What the heck does he think He has done too me with all his playing around , secrets and selfishness

OMG our hubbies must be twins seperated at birth....lol.

I used to get really down and eat for comfort, but now I am trying to focus my anger , sorrow in losing the weight to prove I am a person who has feelings and he is not going to belittle me anymore.
I am not letting him get to me anymore, if he starts off on one of his moaning sessions I now go out for a walk, or come on here, this winds him up too....lol.

Morning everyone Im still feeling fed up and really tearful too :cry: :cry: I just feel so fat, nothing I wear looks nice my hernia ruins everything I wear.

I think im gonna have to find something to pull it in a bit, though it cant be too tight or it will become restricted and I dont fancy a stay in hospital.

It must be a bit frustrating not to mention uncomfortable having to cope with your hernia but at least you now it will all be dealt with after the op + bonus. The more weight you shift by then the better the outcome too. So you have a great motivation with built in urgency.

Weather is still nice here, how about there? Any plans for a nice walk today?

ooh nice to get the garden ready for the summer. Ours will be a challenge.

It's Friday init. Better do what I can to get the house in order for the weekend. Kids went to school "all blinged up" with coloured hair gel etc for comic relief day today. Your's doing anything?

My eldest son has to wear red today but youngest one was not happy as his school were not doing anything, miserable buggers.
We all have our red noses anyway.

Do you know I haven't seen any red noses for sale anywhere! Haven't seen them at tesco, I should go to the local shops maybe they do. School had them but have sold out.

I have visions now of hubbie painting the fence in his red nose, you doing the housework in your red nose. Making me smile.

It's a glorious day. I must get stuff done in the house but if I get on with it maybe I can get out in an hour or so. I'm going to open the windows and French doors though. Just want to let the outside in while it's so nice.

Sainsburys are the only ones selling red noses. We have the red ears here!!!

That's why then. The kids took their pounds to donate anyway. Less clutter to have around if they don't get them but I guess they would have enjoyed them.

Yes I saw the add with the ears but haven't seen them either.
