I've just finished with my clients this morning, taking my daughter over to a friends house this afternoon, then heading off to Birmingham, which will take about 45 mins. Really looking forward to the meet, although it's a bit scary too, in a nice kinda way.

I nearly did it, I thought I had killed the thread.
I am excited as I havent been out on the town for years. 11lbs to go to be in the 19`s....Im working hard at it this week.

Well Im feeling a bit rough...:sick: got a cold, stuffy headache and cough which has given me a sore throat, I only had 3 hours sleep last night, and about the same the night before....so an early night tonight I think.

How are you Dizzy, not heard from you for a while.

Yes lovely here today, although a bit chilly in the wind. Kev's got loads done outside & our house is gleaming and buffed to perfection, I've been busy inside de-cluttering, but it was a good day for that "spring-cleaning" feeling.

Forecast is quite good for tomorrow too - kids on hols here.
