Day 5
I feel so much more confident about lasting the full 12 weeks now, I've still had some hunger pangs but not a lot, I think I've proved my willpower after making it through to ketosis, I've ordered 28 days worth of packs and will have some new things to try, the variety is sooo good, honestly I don't know how people on exante or lipotrim survive!
Had the banana shake today......not my thing but I hate banana flavoured stuff anyways.
The cottage pie for lunch which I was slightly apprehensive about as I have read that most hate it, but I did add garlic granules, mixed herbs, fresh basil and teeny weeny tip of the spoon of marmite (didn't know if it's allowed)
Had a small stick of celery for a snack and then the mild curry for dinner (alright,not awful, but wouldn't be fussed about having it again) with 4spears of asparagus, some courgette, a pinch of rocket, 5 chopped olives and 2 small spring onions.
then for pudding I made the vanilla crispy cakey doughy bites that I put a recipe up for, still have two of the bites left incase I'm peckish later.
Oh and got a lil glass of Dr. Pepper zero to have in a bit as well.
so far I'm feeling so good about all this, I figured if I can cope with 9 months and 1 week of pregnancy I can do anything! nothing can be worse than 24/7 heartburn searing through my chest everyday.
I just want to start working out now, but I'm going to let my body adjust to this extreme diet change for 2 weeks first, everyone around me seems to be getting ill and I don't want to exhaust myself and join the snot club! haha
