Thank you! Currently sipping on a choc mint shake (blended with ice) YUM I even had a "oh no I'm having something I shouldn't" moment lol
Had apple and cinnamon porridge for breakfast and oriental soup for lunch - didn't take long enough mixing that one though so wasn't great!
Had lectures from a girl much larger than me today when I said I needed to loose 5stone (pre this week) about how there'd be nothing left of me, almost had the whole lunch table on me before I told them that puts me slap bang in the middle of a normal bmi! I basically ended up telling my work colleagues my weight in order to stop a Ria massacre! After that some still persisted with the "5 stone is too much" whilst another sat with jaw dropped, she didn't believe I weigh that much, apparently I carry my weight well lol. I suppose now my weight is public knowledge the (almost) shame may keep me on track as well!
So, day 8 done! Woop!
