Hello, firstly well done to mum for her fantastic weightloss this week, and also to date - very proud of her!
xxx I'm also very pleased with my weightloss during October and since re-start, especially after the gain in the first week. I've still lost 3.7kg (8lbs 2ozs), which for me is great! Here's hoping for a successful November too...

Went to a halloween party at friend's house and there was some buffet food, but I didn't eat a lot of it to be honest - mainly chicken, 3 cocktail sausages, 3 mini scotch eggs 2 small slices of pizza. Probably lots of syns, but as i've kept them relatively low this week I wasn't concerned, plus it didn't affect the loss too much this morning!

Off to the cinema with OH tonight to see new Bond flim, Skyfall - can't wait!! Heard good reviews on it already! We will most probably make an evening of it and go for food before the showing which is at 8:30pm (we were lucky to get tickets). After my brekkie this morning, I can't see me having much for lunch as it was a late-ish brekkie, but will have something light, so I'm not starving when we go out for food (which might tempt me to eat something I shouldn't!).
