I'm soooooo gutted about the cake. There is nothing worse than when you have dreamed about a naughty moment and then it is a huge let down... a bit like my ex in the bedroom department... another person who should come with a warning before being allowed near the foo foo department!!! x
I know lol I feel hard done by now in fact I feel like the tin of roses is calling me!! But NO!!! I didnt sit there with my salmon an salad while everyone else had mctea just to let a few hazelnut swirls defeat me!!!!!!!!!! I may have to superglue the lid shut to protect myself!!!
Your ex sounds like such a catch!!! Whyever could he be an ex lol? I am a lucky lady as I've never had this problem at least not when I've been sober enough to remember anyway!!

I like being the official minimins tearoom. I think it fits quite nicely, especially the fact that at the moment I'm serving cake out the back of a car!!!

Soooo why am I roaming minimins at 4am??? Well it's half 5 now but I've been catching up I have a poorly 7 yr old little J has been upchucking since 4am. I'm rather pleased to say he actually made it to bathroom this time!! So no clean up!! Woooo!!!
If you don't have kids yet here's a little fact that they DON'T tell you......the under tens almost NEVER get to the bathroom. It's a carpet cleaner job usually. Big J once did a giant one off the top of the bunkbeds. Niiiiiiice!!! It was carnage lol
So looks like I'll be getting the bug soon which is baaaaaad as I actually can't be sick!! I mean like actually can't vomit. I never have been able too. I have a defect in my food pipe thing lol it goes down but not up! I can't burp either. So sickness bugs are my nightmare. They usually land me in hospital. I retch an retch and generally end up passing out. It's very painful. I broke a rib passing out once and landing on the kids potty step!!!
I'm rambling now but J is tucked up with a bowl watching iron man and everyone else is asleep still!!! I have nothing to doooooo!!!!!

Little man is ok he's enjoyed his day off school being waited on lol big J wasn't amused at not getting a day off but was on a trip today and came back with a letter informing us that teachers are on strike soon so that's pleased him think little man will be home tomoz too as dads just had to carry him up to bed
Diet has been an EPIC fail today and I really can't be arsed enough to care lol I feel like crap from lack of sleep and do feel sick but that's from stuffing my chops all day. Ah well back to it tomoz I guess. self control vanished around 11am and has yet to make a comeback!! In fact I'm eyeing up the takeaway menu even tho I'm not hungry it's like a mini mission to eat everything I've said no too over last few weeks!!!
I absolutely need to start working in some treats or I'm never gonna be able to maintain!!! Going over by say 300 for a treat meal couple of times a month has to beat falling off big time an feeling rubbish about it for days eh?

Couldn't have said it better myself hun. Every now and again you have to be naughty and stuff your face full of crap! It just isn't realistic to deprive yourself of all the things you crave. You end up having a day like today where you feel so guilty for going over board.
I say let yourself do it every now and again. Life is too tough and s****y sometimes, to be counting the calories.
Glad little J is feeling a wee bit better. Just draw a line under todays crap fest, and tomorrow you can be your normal extra healthy self.

Everyone is right, you only live once so you can't deprive yourself. I know it's really morbid but think to yourself when you're taking your last few breaths are you going to think to yourself "I'm so happy I haven't had chocolate cake in 65 years" No you're not! You're going to think "I've lead a happy and fulfilling life, enjoyed the occasional slice of chocolate cake and it was bloody gorgeous!" ok...you'll probably think about your loved ones before chocolate cake but you know what I mean - live is for living - denying yourself tasty things is not living!

I'm good! Was up all night with the ice but it worked no dry retching for me!! I'm bloody knackered now tho. No gain showing from all the upsy downy stuff this week which so far is good! Just need to shift another pound coz A) I wanna hit my challenge and B) being sooooo close to 13st makes me nervous lol I want to put some distance between me an the dread 13!!!
Wasn't hungry so didn't eat breakfast but I have had a chicken salad sandwich an some fruit at lunch Think I'll be under cals today but I'm only eating what my stomach says yes to for next 48hrs!!!
Little J is fine and back off to school but big J has escaped his cage....sorry class.....again and I've had to go and entice him back in from out of a hedge he's worked out the security code again for the door locks haha.
It's £60 everytime they have to have them changed so the headmaster is not amused!!! (I am.....just a little bit lol) but this is what having big J in your school costs!! It's the third time this school yr luckily I was next door at the EDC having a meeting anyway so he wasn't gone for long!! And from the twinkle in mr headmasters eye once we had the escapee settled back in I suspect I'm not the only one finding it quite amusing!!

So glad you haven't gained with the ups and downs you have had over the past couple of days, that is a positive sign, so fingers are crossed for you on WI day.
