Sounds soooo familiar. Ours isn't continent at night either, but he only sleeps for 3-4 hours, so we try and make the most of that!
Weighted blankets didn't work, but we did get the most amazing Safespace from our OT. We were sleeping on the landing because of him wandering during the night - naty incidents with knives and scalding water... The safespace in brilliant. In full melt-down and over night he can't get out and he can't hurt himself on anything because it's padded. Plus it deadens the noise, so his brother and sister sleep a bit better too.
And they're waterproof/wipe clean for accidents during the night!
Brushing works brilliantly for loads of children. Other than head and ears it's no good for us - he's hypo-sensitive on his limbs. Can cut himself and doesn't notice. Nothing seems to work on his head - it's combat-hairdressing all the way with that one!
Keep it going with the diet! Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better, so fingers crossed for weigh-in
