Hi all.

Been having Internet trouble :( so not been ble to get on for a while, cause when I'm on the net cuts off.

Off tomorrow to take right move round the house. So finger crossed can get alot of the delist back. As that will go towards spending money and flights to spain. As were going on holiday in august. Yay. :)

Yesterdays food was:

Day: extra easy

Hexa: cheese
Hexb: wm bread

Breafast: none. Naughty.

Lunch: jp with cheese beans and salad. 1 syn Mayo.

4 mikardo. 2 syn

Came home had ham and Tom puree on toast. Yummy. 1 syn butter.

Dinner: sausage casserole. 5 syn. Had mushroom, carrots, beans, onion in. With mash and broccoli.

Bit of choc egg. 6 syn.

Hope your all ok.

Had problems with the internet and a few hectic days.

Diet has gone so-so. A few naughty nights, and really good days.

I managed a STS, so again right on 14 Stone.

Just sitting down, to watch One Tree Hill, with a few mikardos. So surprise today i have managed to stay on plan. HAd a right mare of a day, Yodel i hate with a passion today. (Sorry if anyone works there) and horrible customers. Could have drank lots of wine and ate lots of chocolate.

Day: Extra Easy


HEXA:Cheese
HEXB:WM Bread.

Breakfast: WM Toast. Buttter(1 Syn)

Lunch: JP with beans, cheese and salad. (1 syn) mayo.

Dinner: HM stir fry with egg fried rice. (carrot, mushroom, onion, red onion, spring onion, beansprots, mushroom and red pepper and peas) chow main bkue dragon. (2 syn)

vanilla muller light and 4 mikard (2 syn)

Total syns:6/15.

Hey everyone,

Hope you have had a good day.

Today has felt like the longest day, so glad to be home. Got on the bus to come home, then it breaks down. So had to wait half hour for another bus to come, to then have the bus full of the loudest people moaning.

Hey ho, all done and at home now, the bf cooking my dinner. BONUS!

So food.............

Day:Green.

Breakfast: Scram Egg with mushroom on WM Toast. FL (1 syn) Tom Sauce (1 Syn)

Snack: Vanilla Muller light

Lunch: Was going to be a chicken mugshot, had a little bit, and really didnt like it. So had a tom mugshot. Good job i have a stash of leave at work. So i am starving. I hate being on late shifts when i forget food, as the only option for food is the vending machines. All the choice is choc and crisps. So i didn good to avoid them.

So instead 1 had 6 mikardo (3 syns) chocolate fix taken care off. :) Just brought the nut ones, really nice, don't bean the diam ones. :heartpump:

Dinner: is going to be JP with salad beand and cheese. With ham. Mayo (1 syn)

Yum Yum Yum.

Total syns: 6/15

Yeah it was. Then the other day had a lot of escalations so got gone two hours later than u should have. Oh well new day. Hope your ok x
 
Didn't get chance to update yesterday. Happy to report another 100% day. Wow 3/3 :)

Day: green

Hexa: milk am cheese
Hexb: wm bread and mince

Breakfast: skipped. Didn't feel like anything when I was awake at 5.30am.

Lunch: i was starving, had a jp with cheese beans and salad. 1 syn Mayo.

When I got home: mushy peas, mint sauce. Wm bread.

Dinner: HM lasange. (3 syn) sw chips. garlic bread 5.

Today:

So far so good. We have just been given man u training top at work. Not that I support man u but still cool. Lol.

The bf told me this morning were going to his dads for dinner tonight. Slightly worried as I dint know what he's cooking till i get there. Hoping it's not too bad.

I'm starting to hate eating out cause I can't control what having lol. Weird or what.

So having an extra easy day:

Hexa: cheese
Hexb: wm bread

Breakfast: wm toast. 1 syn butter. No superfree I know. But I don't like fruit. (weird I know, I don't like cake either so plus point there. Only starting eating salad Since October. Love it know)

Lunch: surprise surprise jp with cheese beans an salad. 1 syn Mayo. It's the only thing that the canteen at work has that Is sw friendly and I can have superfree.

Dinner: well didn't wens up having dinner at his dads, cause his dad forgot to get something out. So was going to get fish and chips. :( but then the boyfriend said we will eat at home. So instead we went to the pub I had one vodka and diet coke. 2.5 syns.

Then had steak and chicken tikka salad. Mayo (1 syn)

Thank you. Aiming for 7 this week. But weekends are my downfall. Planned tonight dinner so just need to do the same for tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

You will do it, the batch cooking will help you. Then you can just get one out in the morning before work. :) x

Hi Everyone,

Hope you have all had a good weekend.

I have been the best behaved at the weekend in ages.

Friday, we stayed in and had the superfree rogan josh. Was yummy.

Saturday, i went out with the girls and had a jacket potato, with salad and beans. Then we went to the cinema in the evening, i had diet coke, and had a few mikardo's. I discovered the white ones, yummy. At the night i had chicken tikka and steak, with a bit of the bf's nann bread and chips.

Today, the weather has been misserable, so the house is gleaming. Done 30 mins Zumba, and did a workout from the nike fitness app. Knackard! lol.

Had toast for breakfast, left over rogan josh for lunch, and having a chinese tonight. Going to stick with a chow main.

Even prepared a prawn salad for tomorrow, just thinking what to do for dinner.

My fingers are crossed for a loss tomo, even 1lb and ill be happy.

Hey everyone just a quick update as at work at the mo. I WI today as I joined the loss 10pm for may group. So going to WI today and then final WI the last day. So I lost 2lb. So I'm very happy.

Finally a move on the scales.

Yesterday I had an extra easy day:

Lunch: prawn salad. (2 syn, Mayo and Tom)

Dinner: lamb steak, mash, onions, mush, carrots and broccoli. Gravy 2 syns.
