Happy to post that i have now offically lost 1 1/2 stone. WI this morning to a 1lb loss. Which im happy as it was * week.
Really happy, managed to stay on plan yesterday. Had a non exsistant diet day saturday, Ended up going to a buffet place with the girls, and ate naughty things. I did eat salad and lots of veg. Not enought to conteract the pizza, chinese. Hey ho, everyone deserves a treat. Before SW i would hve never stuck to diet coke, or tried to have salad and extra veg. So i'm not bothered.
1lb off today so who cares.
