Just going to record first, then WI as normal and WI in on the last day I think. Just so I know exactly what I have loss. It might be cheating by hey ho. It's keeping me motivated :)

Not organised with my lunch today, didn't bring anything to work with me opps.

Manage to raid my box at my desk and found mugshots, borrowed my friends bowl and a friends fork.

Tut tut.

Day: green.

Hexa: milk
Hexb: wm bread and chicken.

Breakfast: pouched egg on wm toast. (1 syn fl)

Lunch: tomato mugshot

Dinner: chicken Kiev (3 syn) with jacket and salad, maybe cheese too and beans.

4 mikardo 2 syn
3 wisp bites 3 syn

Total 9 syns x

Happy Wednesday, it's hump day. Soon be Friday.

Plan for today:

Day: extra easy

Hexa: cheese
Hexb: wm bread

Breakfast: wm bacon and mush s/which. Tom sauce (1syn)

Lunch: Just demonised a ham and mushroom omellet with salad. Oil (1 syn) Mayo (1 syn)

2 mikardo (1 syn)
2 roses (4 syn)

Snack: Ham, cheese and boiled egg.

Dinner:Change of plan, my grandad just came for a cup of tea and turned up with 6 steaks. So having steak with sw chips, mushrooms, spring onions, peppers, beans.

Hey All, Friday tomo.

Just realised, i only need to lose 1lb till i have lost 1 and 1/2 stone. Woooo

So glad today is nearly over, the weather here has been misserable.

Todays Food.


Day: Green.

HEXA: Milk and Cheese.
HEXB: Mince and (was hoping to be the new WW petti pan but asda sold out.) So will be cheese again.

Breakfast: Scram. Egg, beans and mushroom. Tom Sauce 1 syn.

Snack: low fat supernoodles. Chicken. (only ate half) First time i have tried the LF ones, they were ok, not great.

Lunch: Uncle bens micro rice, mexican. 2.5 syn.

4 x Mikardo (2 syn)
3 wispa bites (3 syn)

Dinner: SW chips, HM lasange. 3 syns (2 for cheese sauce, 1 for gravy)

Total syns: 11.5/15

Thank you. Well happy didn't even realise it was that close. Yeah it's great. Still waiting on a reply from our old house estate agents, about our deposit. I called them and they sent the letter to our old house. So silly, I was like we moved out that's why your doing the inspection!

New house is all sorted just waiting for the weather to pick up so I can sort the garden out. Want to start putting some flowers down, plus there a green house in the garden so want to grow some veg. :)

Soo happy my friend went to morrisons last night and picked me up three packs of ww petti pans. Can't wait to try these bad boys out.

Pizzas, garlic bread, melts.

They are nice, I used to eat them before I even started dieting. They are lovely warm with ham and cheese inside :drool: yum yum!
 
What idiots sending it to the house u moved out of! Some people I wonder how they have managed so far in life! Sounds like ur sticking to plan well. Keep up the good work! :) xx
 
Hi all, happy bank holiday.

Hope you all had a good weekend.

Happy to post that i have now offically lost 1 1/2 stone. WI this morning to a 1lb loss. Which im happy as it was * week.

Really happy, managed to stay on plan yesterday. Had a non exsistant diet day saturday, Ended up going to a buffet place with the girls, and ate naughty things. I did eat salad and lots of veg. Not enought to conteract the pizza, chinese. Hey ho, everyone deserves a treat. Before SW i would hve never stuck to diet coke, or tried to have salad and extra veg. So i'm not bothered.

1lb off today so who cares. :)

Yesterday:

Day EE

HEXA: Cheese
HEXB: WW Petit Pain

Breakfast: WW PP with bacon and mushroom. Tom Sauce (1 Syn)
Snack: Cheese, ham and chipstick crisps. (5 syn)
Dinner: Superfree Rogan Josh with Lean lamb and prawns. Rice, WW Nann (5)

Total Syns 11/15.
