Yeay well done on the loss and the 1.5 stone, was going to say new shiny but you don't use them. Love your attitude to your off plan day. Hate nibbly days unless I have free nibbles to hand.

Didn't update yesterday, got home from work and caught up on tv. One tree hill, greys anatomy, towie and gossip girl. Tv addict. So now updating on my way to work.
Yesterday: green
Hexa: cheese x2
Hexb: wm bread and mince
Breakfast: beans on wm toast. Flora (1 syn)
Lunch: jp with beans and cheese. Salad. Mayo (1 syn)
Boiled egg.
Dinner: spaghetti Bol. (2 syn) pasta. Ww pp with garlic and fl light (6 syns)
Total syns: 10/15

I know, that's what they have been like all the time. So glad we don't have anything to do with them, once we get our deposit back. Still not received any thing in the post so going to call them on my break. Thank you x

Haha I have just re watched all the Oc! I mean comon chance Crawford hello! I am going new York with my sis at end of the year haven't told her yet (she doesnt watch anything like that) that we've going on a gossip girl tour! Probs best I keep that to myself untill the day! Xx

I got mine my copying them from a sticky thread on the SW thread. but think you could just copy off of anyones thread who has them. Put cursor over relevant shiny, right click click copy go to your signature update page and paste into the sig where you want it. Have fun.

Hey all.
Friday tomorrow.
Tried to go to the cinema last night too see american pie but it was sold out. Orange Wednesday and all that. So going to go tonight. As we didn't fancy waiting till 10pm to watch it. Ended up going to the pub to play pool.
Day: extra easy
Hexa: cheese
Hexb: wm bread
Brekfast: pouched egg on wm toast.
Lunch: jacket with cheese beans and salad. Mayo (1)
Snack: 6 mickardo (3) Daim ones.
Vodka and diet coke (4)
Dinner: steak and salad. Mayo (1)

Todays plan.
Cinema tonight going to take mikardos in my bag so i don't get tempted to eat anything else. Going to make a casserole for tea so that's ready for when we get back.
If I get tine after work going to pick some
Weights up, as the 30 day seed arrived, so did my new handbag.

Oooh lovely, what are you going to see at the cinema? I really want to see Beauty and the Beast 3D (big kid!).
Great idea about taking the Mikado! They are so handy for half a Syn each. What are the Daim ones like? I haven't managed to find them anywhere yet, dying to try them!

I want to see that too. There are so many films out at the moment that I want to see. Going to see American pie. First time me ad my bf will be going to the cinema together. After nearly 3 years together.
I got mine from asda. There sooo nice. I love the White and nutty ones too.
