Hey everyone. Really enjoyed the film. Was really funny. Was really good. Stuck to my mikardos and diet coke.
Got home at about 10pm then fell asleep on the sofa so didn't have anything to eat apart from the mikardos as we didn't have anything to eat before cinema. Had been up since 5.30 in my defence lol.
Thank god today is Friday. On a 11.30-7.30pm today. Hate Friday lates. but least it's Friday.
Today: extra easy
Hexa:
Hexb: wm bread
Breakfast: 1 x light choice sausage (1) bacon, mushrooms, pouched egg and beans. Wm toast. (1)
Lunch: light choices jp with cheese chive (2.5) I think. Salad. Beans.
Saw these in tesco yesterday and thought they would be good for work when I'm on lates.
Dinner: ?
Have a good day all x

Ooo, I saw thos JP's on Syns Online the other day when I was looking up some Light Choices stuff. They sound lovely, and really handy like you say! Let us know what they're like

Hello everyone. Happy Tuesday. Haven't had time to come on here had an action packed few days.
Saturday me and mum went to meadow-hall and out for lunch. Brought two tops for £20,
so I now have something to wear on a night out that fits. Then had to get some new bras, so went to get measured thinking with the weight loss I'd get smaller. Oh no they have got bigger! So that was a shock. Went for lunch at the harvester and had lots if salad, a jp and chicken. Was sooo yummy.
Got home then dropped my iPhone. It then decided it didn't want to work. so was a little bit sad about that. Well ok more sad then a little.
Woke up, then the phone faires had been in the night and fixed it. It turned on. So happy.
Sunday me and mum went into derby to pick a few things up and then came home to a family roast dinner that the BF cooked. Went food shopping in an asda I've never been to before, I was tempted to just sit on the floor and cry. It was horrible, didn't know where anything was, and it was so busy. Was yummy.
Decided yesterday that I'm going to weigh in on Tuesday's now. In the morning still. Feels better weighing in on a Tuesday rather then Monday.
So to end this essay with a 2lb loss.

WTG you with the fab loss. And so busy too and new tops MSV in itself. Bras hmph complete mystery to me how anyone gets one that fits properly. Weight loss tend to make the size go down and the cup go up though. Menu sounds good too.
