Wednesday 7th March
Well I was really pleased with myself last night, coz despite having worried all day and then going to the horrible doctors appointment (am such a baby lol), I managed to stick to my 26 points yay! Didn't go for a walk, but am still pleased with myself My Dinner was really nice and filling, gonna have that more often now. So all in all am feeling fairly positive today, and touch wood my tummy feels a little bit smaller maybe just wishful thinking?! Fingers crossed my results come back ok just got a couple of weeks to worry about them now grrr. Oh and thanks for those of you who sent nice messages of support for yesterday, I really needed some support, my hubby isn't big into that, as awful as that sounds. So I've had one day of high points, then yesterday's low points so today am gonna just see how I go but use no more than 4 weeklies. Anyway, back to today's food!
Breakfast = 5
2 x choc Weetabix 4
200ml Almond milk 1
Snack = 0
Fresh pineapple 0
Lunch = 9
Tesco Finest Chicken Mulligatawney Soup 6 (mmmmm)
2 x chilli rice cakes 2
1 biscuit 1
Apple 0
Snack = 2
SAJ rice cake 1
2 x Cheddars 1
Dinner = 9
Tesco Cod in Tomato/Basil sauce 4
125g Chinese Medium Noodles 4 (seemed to get LOADS for points, hope have pointed correctly!)
Stir fried veg 1 (few peas in it)
I wasn't really looking forward to this tea, but it was absolutely gorgeous and so easy! Will definitely be buying the fish again it was lush! Out of the freezer section, simply bake in bag type thing. They do a tuna one too am gonna get that one next.

Mango/Passionfruit Mullerlight Yogurt 2 (mmm love these!)
40 minute brisk walk
Supper = 3
Rice Krispie choc square (snack size)
Total dailies used: 26/26
Weeklies used: 4/40
Green Tea: Yay remembered it, yuck lol
5 fruit/veg: Pineapple, Veg in soup, Apple, lots of stir fried veg
