Morning everyone! Had a fairly good night last night, there was a little bit of boredom/loneliness eating going on but I didn't go too mad so that was good. Also got out for a half hour brisk walk It must be the first time in over a week me and hubby didn't argue about anything too. He was out for a few hours though lol. Anyway as a result of that I slept really well right through until the alarm which also must be a first for a couple of weeks now! So, here's hoping today will be as good!

Lunch = 7
Mission Deli mini wrap 3
Wafer thin chicken 1 WW cheese slice 1

Snack = 5 (too many empty points!)
Luxury biscuit - just attacked me lol 3

1/2 tsp peanut butter (am craving this for some reason!) 1
Dinner = 11
Steak 5
150g potato wedges 4 (incl oil)
1/4 bag Asda ranch salad 2
Rocket salad leaves 0
40 minute brisk walk
