To the top of the mountain.. and beyond!!

I just really don't want a gain in week 2!!

My aim is to try and burn 500 cals a day, tues, weds, thurs and fri - gym is closed when i finish work sat and sunday so wont be able to go but hopefully jump on the bike so at least im a lil bit active!

Remember that first week back exercising may stall the weight loss tho lovely!!! X
 
I think it'll be the wines doing.. Not the exercise!!

Fell asleep really early (9pm) woke briefly at 12.30 and been up since 4ish. Well awake since 4.. Still in my warm bed!

Feel bit sicky, maybe as my stomach feels empty.. Feel really bloated though

But I will do some of my bike, how long I'm not too sure yet!
 
Oh man, no bike.. Lil bit sick instead! So went back to bed with a hot water bottle.. Half hr til I have to get ready for work, hope this passes!

I think it may of been the prawns, I chucked most away.

Stinking headache and I know its because I'm
Dehydrated but I can keep water down!

Feel so bad for being off again so soon after my last bout!

Eeeeew prawns!

Try not to worry about work, you made the effort to go in and they will have seen for themselves that you're not well x
