Back from the gym, 65 mins on LEVEL 18 on the hill setting whoop.. gawd it hurt and man did i sweat!!

Cals - 552

I'm bathed, had my porridge. Just watching biggest loser and getting ready picking my friend up for the cinema at 1, off to see les mis - I WILL NOT GO NEAR THE FOOD COUNTER!

Gonna make a stir fry for lunch and probably tea but i am fancying chilli so may make up a batch.

It burns 300-500 cals for the 20 mins apparently, seems very high but thats the official word.. ill count it as 300.

Only supposed to do it 4 times a week so changing my little pledges for the 10 days

Cals - bare min 4000
Walking - min 8 hours
Dvd - 8 times
 
So far im having a fab day!

Went to see Les Mis, what an amazing film!!

Resisted all the goodies, my friend had nachos.. I had 6 brazil nuts and a bottle of pepsi max!

Done my DVD.. it was hard but not 300 cals - gonna count it as 100... rather under estimate than over!

Making a huge batch of chilli now for tea and lunches for work xxx

Didnt feel like i worked my arms that much but must of! And all that swinging/holding on for dear life on the treadmill ;)

Gym done... 1 hr 30 mins walking on hill setting, 25 on LEVEL 20!! and 65 on level 13... 658 cals burned!

Will do my DVD before lunch.

Had an amazing breakfast after gym... two ww sauasges, two ww bacon, two eggs and mushrooms... nom nom nom

Got two blisters on my heels but no pain no gain :'(

On lates this week with work, weds, thurs and fri so my plan is:

Weds - hour gym (no DVD)
Thurs - hour gym and DVD
Fri - no gym but DVD

Going to have a cheat meal on Saturday night... not sure what to have but its all i can think of!! haha

Wow, I am impressed! I was just about to say that you are going to need to fuel that body will all the walking and exercise but then I read your lovely breakfast! I have just had a similar version for lunch... just what I needed... real food for lunch!! x

I'm in Wales

Just done my DVD.. now im officially pooped. Was hard with my blisters :(

Only gonna aim for 6 DVD sessions in this 10 days so I get 2 full days off no gym or dvd and 2 days only gym, the other 4 ill do both gym and dvd when im either off work or starting late enough
 
Gym done, only did 30 mins but on level 20 - 260 cals

Knees are shaking and i had difficulty pushing the door open haha.

Gotta do an hour tomorrow and cannot wait for rest day on friday!

Need to stock up on blister plasters as this is killing me!!
