Didnt feel like i worked my arms that much but must of! And all that swinging/holding on for dear life on the treadmill
Gym done... 1 hr 30 mins walking on hill setting, 25 on LEVEL 20!! and 65 on level 13... 658 cals burned!
Will do my DVD before lunch.
Had an amazing breakfast after gym... two ww sauasges, two ww bacon, two eggs and mushrooms... nom nom nom
Got two blisters on my heels but no pain no gain :'(
On lates this week with work, weds, thurs and fri so my plan is:
Weds - hour gym (no DVD)
Thurs - hour gym and DVD
Fri - no gym but DVD
Going to have a cheat meal on Saturday night... not sure what to have but its all i can think of!! haha
