Decided I'm not going to get up and go to the gym tomorrow. Blisters killing can't put my foot flat without pain
So going to have two days rest from exercise to try and heal them and get back to the gym sat, sun and mon and do an hour n a half instead of the hour.
Determined to meet my cals and hours walking little goals I set myself x
Yeah after last night they have started to scab (sorry!) so hopefully be ok for sat! Determined to reach my targets, maybe not the DVD but the cals and hours walking is important to me! x
B - porridge
S- fruit
L - chilli and leftover swede and carrot mash (random I know) little bit of LF cheese
S - Brazil nuts
D - omelette (2 eggs, mushrooms, 1 LF sausage and a babybel light)
