To the top of the mountain.. and beyond!!

DVD twice?? my gosh you have some energy x
 
Decided I'm not going to get up and go to the gym tomorrow. Blisters killing can't put my foot flat without pain :(

So going to have two days rest from exercise to try and heal them and get back to the gym sat, sun and mon and do an hour n a half instead of the hour.

Determined to meet my cals and hours walking little goals I set myself x
 
Feeling itchy that no exercise for two days haha

Today's plan (working 12-10)

B - porridge
S- fruit
L - chilli and leftover swede and carrot mash (random I know) little bit of LF cheese
S - Brazil nuts
D - omelette (2 eggs, mushrooms, 1 LF sausage and a babybel light)

Probably 3 litres water and an options hot choc x
