Plan today

B - 1 x sausage and 1 x bacon brown rolls
S - fruit and nuts
L - chicken salad

Gym for an hour - low level though not pushing it today

D - chilli, bns and garlic bread

S (throughout the day) - skittles and fruit pastels
 
Only managed a hour, on a low level so calories only 373.

Feeing quite disappointed but I was getting pains in my shins all the way through so didn't think it'd be wise to do the higher levels I usually do :(

STOP IT!!!! Told off!!! 373 more cals than if u never made it!!! X
