Right.. im extending my mini challenge by 7 days. Increasing cals to another 4000 and hours walking by 6.

Its TOTM this weekend so I don't really want to measure and feel disappointed because I'm bloated due to TOTM.

So i will weigh and measure on 2nd March.

I will start my new challenge on 3rd March until 28th March.

I've been a bit naughty today but nothing major.. just more carbs than normal. I have a night out on Sat so Sat/Sun wont be great but by still being in the challenge I will be more aware of what I'm doing and hopefully be rewarded on the 2nd!

It may be 1st March depending when my friend comes down to visit :)
