OK challenge number 3:

Start Sun 3rd March - Fri 22nd March (20 days)

Goals:

Calories - 12,000
Hours walking - 25
Complete all 30 days shred

Measurement goal: 34/28/34

I will be starting the challenge after a naughty sat. I'm hoping this will kick me back on track, there will be some naughty food but it should encourage me to exercise! Also have a wedding evening 16th March. Then a big night out 23rd March!

argh I hate that. im feeling sorry for myself today lol. should be totm but couldn't be bothered with one so took my pill but I still feel like eating x
 
I've had the worst hunger since fri, yesterday I was just unbelievably greedy!!!

I still get the hunger when I take my pill through too x

Back on track but no way ill be 10 st on sat. Just hope the exercise will be reflected in my measurements!!

How are you feet this evening?

When I went out to do my 18 miles on friday and Saturday I had my weeklies on as we were going across so muddy fields. I put them on again today as it was raining and I've killed both of them as they both have holes in them!! Time to get my walking boots back out me thinks!
 
Wellibobs! T'was v muddy! Walking boots out tomorrow for sure ;-)

Will the pair you were wearing today be the ones you wear for KM or will you have some new ones by then? x
