Day 1, level 2 shred complete - whoop! Just as hard as I remember.. decided not to do the advance moves on the squat thrusts and jacks (burpees) as this is what i think pulled my foot when I was doing the Josie DVD. As im using shred for toning i dont think it will have much impact if i do the modified move on these two cardio bits

Writing lists now - shopping, cleaning and things to do before my friend comes down sat morning. I love a good list!!!
I would start sooner rather than later. I'm not gonna lie to you it is hard BUT it does get easier and you can see real improvements if you keep it up!
Went to sleep bout 3 so shattered now!! No shred this morning but will do it tonight, no other exercise today! Feeling hungry today! Because I'm tired!
It's more the extra things that are worrying me, the two snowdon trips and London- Brighton walks, all for different charities!
