So today ends my little challenge. After a peek this week, weight is up slightly and no change in measurements - bit disappointed but what can you do! If i have time I will measure properly tomorrow.
BUT I am extremely proud of myself.

Thats an average of 4388 cals and 8.6 hours walking a week which I think is fab (for me anyway!)
I forgot my towel in the gym today (usually cover the screen so i cant see the time/incline) so today i was forced to watch..
When I started my heart rate was going between 140 - high 170's (on the steep incline) and i was doing an hour level 10-12 and if i was brave 20 mins level 18.
Well now my usual routine is 1 hour level 20, 1 hour level 14/15/16 - speed 5.5-6mph with a push for the last 5-10 mins at 6.5. My heart rate was between 130-150's (it did peak once at 160 when i was on the steepest incline on level 20 at 6.5mph but thats hardly surprising!)
I think that speaks volumes on how much my fitness has come on so I am very proud of myself as fitness is my really aim, weight and measurements are a bonus!
