Sooo tired!!

Picked my shopping up and theres a bag of it missing!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR im on hold waiting to complain now. Dont usually but im poor right now and i need that shopping!!!
 
Hour and a half left in work! So excited for this weekend!

As Tan has said I am gonna start SW. I haven't pretty much stayed the same this month which is fine, I don't want to lose much but I honesty don't think I eat enough sometimes with all the training!

Is there a list of healthy As and Bs and the amounts I can access anywhere before I sign up?

Not sure, I was just nosing on the SW healthy extra threads to get ideas as some of the stuff has changed from when I did 12 months ago. I'm rejoining tomorrow so if there's anything you want I know let me know.

I think we need to find you some SW merchandise that you can take with you on a trip out like you did with the HL shaker! x
 
Haha sounds like a plan!!

I've decided I'm having pizza tonight, its in the freezer so gonna use it up. Hour and a half in the gym now will cover the cals anyway!

So so excited for my friend coming down and our plans tomorrow!

Gonna try get my head round SW and start Monday as best I can until I can sign up (march pay!!)
 
So today ends my little challenge. After a peek this week, weight is up slightly and no change in measurements - bit disappointed but what can you do! If i have time I will measure properly tomorrow.

BUT I am extremely proud of myself.

Results:

Day 24/24

Burn 12000 cals (15,046)
Walking min 20 hours (29.5)
Shred 13/30

Thats an average of 4388 cals and 8.6 hours walking a week which I think is fab (for me anyway!)

I forgot my towel in the gym today (usually cover the screen so i cant see the time/incline) so today i was forced to watch..

When I started my heart rate was going between 140 - high 170's (on the steep incline) and i was doing an hour level 10-12 and if i was brave 20 mins level 18.

Well now my usual routine is 1 hour level 20, 1 hour level 14/15/16 - speed 5.5-6mph with a push for the last 5-10 mins at 6.5. My heart rate was between 130-150's (it did peak once at 160 when i was on the steepest incline on level 20 at 6.5mph but thats hardly surprising!)

I think that speaks volumes on how much my fitness has come on so I am very proud of myself as fitness is my really aim, weight and measurements are a bonus!
