Ahh yay!! I'm gutted I couldn't do this morning gonna have to stop myself doing it at 10pm haha, ill have to do it twice tomorrow I'm not falling off track, due to start level 3 on Sunday!
Today has been rubbish food wise but I feel better for it.
Will start afresh tomorrow and been good with synning.. Gonna aim to use a bulk over the weekend then mon - fri be good as gold. Hopefully be back to 10ish next sat for my proper WI and measurements x
I don't think I am 10 4 tbh I think I'm holding weight cos I'm tired and all the rest of it so I'm not bothered. Long as I'm around the 10 st mark by next sat for the wedding eve.
Roll on Monday, apart from gym I'm doing f.a - cleaning the house can wait til tues even tho its a tip!
