If something doesn't have any free food allowance in it then you can use the rule 1 syn per 20 cals so if it is 90 cals then it would be 4.5 Syns x
 
Gym done, 1 hour - 605 cals. Shred done.

Im banning myself from the gym now until monday (impossible to go sat/ sun anyway as im working 8-6 and the gym is open 9-6 lol)

Got another 40 hours work to get through and i just feel like im gonna burn out, im shattered, my house is a mess and im losing the plot lol
 
Plan for today:

B - bacon wholemeal pitta with a tiny bit of cheese (HEX A+B)
banana

L -Chilli with the other half of cheese, jacket potato and veg
Muller light

T - Chicken and the other half of cous cous i couldn't eat yesterday (1)

S - Melon, strawberries, raspberries, tangerines

I dont think theres anything else that needs to be synned please correct me if im wrong!

I need to make a conscious effort to eat more today yesterday was miraculous but i think i was so tried. As im not gonna do any exercise except shred for the next 3 days (panic) ill probably will be ravenous, usually am the day after exercising a lot!!
 
Hey hun... Pitta's aren't a HEXb anymore so if you should really syn them

That said if you're not having them everyday and it doesn't effect your weight loss then I wouldn't worry too much x
 
Thanks doll!!

Just a bad day at work and a nasty customer made me cry. Havent felt myself all week though, last year i had a little down patch where i wasnt sleeping and having mini panic attacks, felt a little bit like that today so alarm bells went off and i need to SLOW DOWN.

I'll be ok though! Ill be as good as i can tomorrow then my week restarts properly sat as sat is my wi day. Not decided if ill weigh on sat or leave it til a week sat when im due to measure x
