Amazon are refunding me for my broken actifry, just ordered a new one from another site with 3 year warranty for £25 extra in total, not too bad! Least I won't be without for long!!
 
I just have sweetener in mine but i know a lot of people dont agree with the stuff!

How long had you had it? I bought one about 18 months ago but I only use it once in a blue moon x
 
Ive never used mine for anything other than chips which is why i dont use it very often! Maybe I need to be a little bit more adventurous! x

Can someone explain what the super free thing is? I'm gonna do extra easy all the time I think lol

1/3 of your plate should be filled with super free foods which are all fruits and all veg except Sweet corn, peas, kidney beans, broad beans, parsnips,potatoes are free foods all other veg super free! Xx
 
Right my plate is def half full of those and i eat a shed load of fruit between breakfast and lunch.. is that ok?

Always have a mound of veg or salad with my lunch and dinner.

Couldnt believe how much fruit i was eating today i just couldnt fill myself!! Strawberries, raspberries, banana, 4 tangerines

Well ive done shred (155) and 2 & half hours gym (1251)

POOPED!!!

Off to work shortly til 10.

Day 2 of my 6 day/60 hr week.

Really want to go gym in the morning as i wont have any time fri and its shut before/after i finish work on sat and sun - we will see if i can get up!!

A broken machine at 10pm tonight!!

B - wholemeal pitta and bacon, with a little philly light and some salad (HEXA + HEX B??)
S - sooooooo much fruit haha, melon, tangerines, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
L - chilli, veg and a jacket potato
T - cous cous (1.5 syns) chicken and veg

Gonna take a muller light and also the last 20g of my green and black 85% dark choc - any idea on the syns on this?

Total for week 26.5 + whatever the choc is x
