Really enjoyed!

I have had a complete battle with myself this morning about exercise. I've decided to give myself a complete day off. Catching up on telly, going for food and a catch up later, may dye my hair. I'm gonna do what I want and have a rest - working Sunday - Friday again so ill feel guilty about not exercising but I haven't had a day to myself in a long long time!

I'm ok thanks hun having a stressful time at work so food hasn't been great but exercise has. Going for 2-3 hours tonight and 6 tomorrow - hoping for a total of 40km within my 30 hr window

I'm not weighing at the min its too much of a distraction while I've got this challenge end of may to train for!!
