Had a good weekend thanks Rachel .

Ok it's now officially half term. Next weekend is fairly busy with taking daughter to Coventry uni to meet tutors etc then back for a meal with friends. I'm just going to have to ignore that one as when we get together one couple brings a starter someone else brings the main course and so on. So I can't control what I eat for that meal .
Other than that I should have a good week really. Got to take two daughters swimming, hubby taking me to see the maggie film. Going to paint pottery.
I love the kids and hubby being on holiday. Got to plan things to fill the week.

I've just had an email from the biggest loser site with an interesting mew calculator on it where you can put in what you want to lose and they give you two dates of when you could lose it by.

I need to lose another 3 and half stone. I can Fast track at 2.4 lb per week and lose it by 12 July or Standard at 1.3 lb week and lose it by 29th October ;)

If I can do either of those I'll be happy. Although I was aiming for my wedding anniversary on 24 th august .

It does doesn't it. :) it's all in my 2012 goals thread and broken down into what I thought was manageable chunks but obviously as long as it goes I don't mind.

Ok this week isn't going as well as I thought. Last week I put 3lb on because of a phantom period :( so after talking to the nurse am beginning to track symptoms etc. Anyway I decided I would weigh every day last week to monitor what happened to the water gain. Great it all disappeared a bit at a time so that Monday I was back where I was at 14:7 so I thought for my official weigh in I would be a little bit lower - oh no - I'm 2 lb heavier!!! How? Why? What have I done to deserve this ?

I've been ok till yesterday afternoon when I seemed to binge on my daughters leftover dortitos and a fee shortbread biscuits and lexies fudge!!!!

Momentary lapse, it won't happen again but im getting thoroughly fed up of sticking between 14:7 and 14:10

How can I get lower to around 13:0 far enough away not to go back in a week.

Massive hugs Kat & apologies for fudge recipe but you did ask really nicely!!!! I am sure you can do this I just wish I had some sort of magic wand for you. I jut know how focused Kirsty is now she's beaten her 14 thing! Xx

Well this afternoon I took my new size 16 bikini for a swim!! And what I know I don't have the body beautiful what I was impressed with was the fact that I didn't get those 'omg!! What the hell is that fat woman wearing!!'

Ahhhh this is so exciting good for you! That's my aim for Florida unfortunately I'm gonna have to buy a bra sized top else my boobies will be flashing everyone!

That's really great:) Feels so good doesn't it. I remember the difference I felt when I went on holiday as a size 14 compared to the year after when I was a size 20 :( xxx

Today I'm in agony . I thought it was just my arthritis playing up til tonight when I remembered I did 22 lengths in the pool yesterday and my joints appear to bs objecting :(
I hope it's gone by morning as I'm off to Coventry uni with daughter to meet tutors etc. So lots of walking involved

Well coventry was interesting. The course content and the way they deliver it was excellent but she still doesn't like the buildings and the feel of the place being in the city centre. What I didn't realise until yesterday was that one if the top 3 reasons for her top choices was whether she had anywhere to run outside!!!! She knows shes got the gym but she prefers to run outside and grounds were a high factor ! I thought we looked at the grounds as a nice place to be not as potential running areas :) how wrong can you be? :)

Anyway, on a different note I was reading an interesting article in the slimming world magazine about arthritis which most of you know I have quite badly. And a stat in it said that for every pound of weight I lose takes 4 lb of pressure of my knees!! Definitely more incentive to keep going :)

Something else I've watched this morning is a YouTube video about herbalife thermabond tablets. You know I drink the shakes for breakfast and sometimes lunch but I've never looked at the tablets before presuming them to be vitamins etc that I can buy cheaper elsewhere. Well one of the guys I buy from sent an email out with this clip in it and the demo shows the fat being sucked to the bottom of the glass by the tablets! Just like xen without the tango effect!! Brilliant
