The fibrebond sounds interesting and that's a real incentive regarding the arthritis.
 
I have no idea what she will do :( ? I'm confused by her thought process so I'll just have to be patient .

It is an amazing incentive. It means that my 4 1/2 stone is actually 18 stone in terms of my knees!!!!!!! That's like me carrying round hubby and daughter!!! It doesn't bear thinking about.

Who knows Lexie if they can cope with incoordinated people I may be there yet :)

Well tommorow may be difficult I'm working in portsmouth so lunch may be dodgy college food then at night I'm staying with my in laws for the night as they live in Christchurch . Her food isn't too bad but it does depend on what she makes . I guess all I can hope for is that it's nothing like lasagne or sausages .

Aren't colleges etc now supposed to have healthy options like a salad bar? Could that be a possibility?!

They're supposed to and they have the obligatory lettuce etc but then they seem to think that pasta with Mayo and eggs with Mayo are part of the salad as well. It's pointless . The one I worked at before Christmas was the same. My colleague and I were alwYs trying to get them to put the Mayo on the side in separate bowls so that people had the choice but they wouldn't do it. Although tbh very few students went to the salad bar . I always remember the day I stood in the queue behind a girl buying a plate of chips, roast potatoes, mash and gravy!!! And she wasn't alone.
They are allowed to sell crap providing rhey have posters that say things like 'chips more than once a week are unhealthy' so stupid!

The same thing is happening in schools again . They went through the healthy schools thing.and vending machines were taken out of high schools etc but now so many of them are becoming academies, they control their own budgets now rather than councils so they are bringing them back in as they make a lot of commission having them in school.

Sorry, school meals are just a soapbox of mine I'm afraid.

Our work canteen is exactly the same, the salad bar is a joke, pasta covered in mayo, potato covered in mayo, egg mayonnaise etc etc. The only thing I ever get is a jacket potato with beans & that is pretty rare.
 
Well real totm was due yesterday and finally arrived tonight. I've started using the free pink pad app to try and track what's going on. It's really good and useful as tyiu can set alarms to remind you to do things. So I've set an hourly drink water reminder and a blue pill one at tea time. :)

I looked at that app too but in the end I just made a note on my phone with the last 2 dates to see what's happening. Do you forget your pills Kat? Xx
 
No I don't often forget them I've got it set just in case and it just makes me stop and think

I've always been hopeless & with not eating at the same time daily it's why I struggle
 
That time again, weigh in at docs. Not the nice nurse this time though. Not too worried to be honest though, I know I'm losing & no it's not as much as before but I'm losing, that is what matters....
 
Thing is like my doctor has tried to explain to me lol weightloss will slow down thats normal eating in a healthy way is good but will mean your body begins to slow after a while. :)

But come on lex that's incredible! Xx
 
Well I've just been out for a walk and used my new walk water app. It's absolutely amazing!!!'

I walked 2.2 km, burned 187 calories in half an hour. It used gps to track my route in a map which I can label and save for a different time;) brilliant.

It's called walkmeter it's green with a white logo. But you can use it for cycling running etc. just fab
