Amazing losses skinnyminnie! 5lbs off for first weigh in. Absolutely delighted as was sick last week and lost another 5lbs before I started so thought all my water weight was already gone. Have also had some dry fried courgette every night with my carbonara. Only adds 35 cals and couple grams of carbs per day but really bulks out my evening meal and I'm only planning to do add a meal week after 12 weeks like cambridge. I think exantes is far too soon and I would fall off the wagon!
The weight really has flown off when I look at the bigger picture instead of fretting about weekly losses!
Well done that's brilliant It's always motivating when you get a big loss Yeah I agree- I planned to do the food week after 12 weeks like CD too. In the end didn't have one but have had WS days here and there.
So far so good everyone keep it up well done I have completed five weeks and lost 35pounds with only two days complete break..., so exciting what the next few months hold
A 2lb loss again this week which I am pleasantly surprised about as I have had another freaky TOTM! Sorry to keep sharing this info but like to put what might effect losses
PS: sorry to keep listing my reoccurring and persistent TOTM! I like to put any info about the week to see any trends- esp as this is very unusual and has NEVER happened before!!
Pretty much- I have had WS days here and there were I've made sensible choices if I've gone out for dinners like chicken salad.
I've had two days where I've been to the cinema and caved in and had pick and mix. I've had occasional naughty nibbles of cheese or licking of twiglets!! Haha!
Last week I was poorly so had 3 days off plan but eating between 600-700cals and low carbs but apart from that have been mostly total solution.
I've not yet had a binge over 800cals or had anything really naughty like a pizza!
