I feel so much better than I have over the past 7 years! I thought I'd always be 15/16stone...could have never dreamt in 22weeks id be aproaching 10stone! Madness!

When you say it like that it's even more amazing. I'm ok, not hungry but find it hard Psychologically. I'm realising just how big a part of my life food was, doubts continually creeping in. Xx
 
Yeah definitely psychological! Ive had leftover chinese in my fridge that other half left last night. For some reason I've felt hungry all day and cant stop thinking about it!
Chicken breast has helped me a lot with this diet when I want to nibble or think I'm going to be naughty!

Oh do you do that?? I always think its cheating- buts its nice to know you still had losses. Did it not get to you when the loss was 2lb and people do that a week in ww. Lol I always compare- feeling deprived!! Xx
 
Yeah I had chicken on odd occasions where I was finding it difficult- like when I had a month long TOTM!

Until recently, I pretty much had a 3lb loss each week or if I had 2lb I'd lose 4lb the next. I would have never lost 4stone9lb in 22 weeks on WW so I don't get disappointed.

I'm finding it tough at the moment though to stay on plan- must be because I'm feeling close to goal. It's going to take an extra effort to try and stick to TS!
 
You are a total champ. It will always slow down towards the end. I think you have done amazingly, you must feel ace xx
