I lost 8lb the first week, 4lb the second week.
Then I went out on Saturday and ate and drunk, (it was planned), good the rest of the week.and at my weigh in on Monday I lost nothing.
I am going out again on Saturday (my birthday), so I weighed in today and I have lost another 3lb.
If I can stay the same as last week on my official day Monday I will be happy.
I just don't want a gain.
I am having a salad most evening this week as advised, because it is my week 4, but I wondered if it would be OK to skip, some evenings and make up for on Saturday.
What has everybody else done on their 4th week?

Amazing, this gives me great hope that once I get to target I can stay there...thanks for posting about you maintaining, a lot of people you see have got to target then disappear and you never really know if they have stayed there. Just goes to show that you can lose weight and keep it off on this sort of diet. Thanks again :)
